Authsch & oauth plugin for DokuWiki

This plugin is very useful if a wiki is to be accessed by lots of VIK students. Using AuthSCH, their account is created automatically, and their permissions can be synchronised using the data from VIR.

If you install this plugin manually, make sure it is installed in
lib/plugins/oauth/ - if the folder is called different it
will not work!
