Add Cursor Cloud specific development environment instructions to AGENTS.md. Documents lighter install path, missing SDK deps for piecemeal installs, and pre-existing lint warnings.
Verified by running all unit tests: 4,945 tests pass (inference: 1401, SDK: 387, CLI: 140, workflows: 3017).
