- 翻訳不要のときに英語をコメントアウトして日本語訳とせずにそのままにする #3661 のチェックツールの修正により未翻訳箇所の修正
- 同様にチェックに引っかかるため形式（原文、日本語訳の順を厳格化）を修正

ここは他では訳されていない（列の値なので訳されないが正かと思います）ため、訳無しが良いかと思います。
