8347462: Improve TraceClassLoading to add link information

Class loading refers to a specific set of tasks done by the JVM but seems to have a slightly different colloquial definition in which it includes other steps such as linking and initialization. Class loading and initialization have extensive logging to track its progress but linking does not have clear log messages to indicate the status. This patch introduces a simple log message to indicate when a class has been linked. Verified with tier 1-5 tests and a new regression test.
