This 19.0 PR rewrites the "Subscription Reports" documentation to be more in line with recently updated reporting/analysis documentation, like the CRM Pipeline Analysis documentation. To this end, the page is substantially trimmed, with information that lives on other pages being removed.
This 19.0 PR can be FWP up to master.
