Hi @ren-odoo and @dade-odoo ,
This is ready for review.
Please note, I originally looked at adding this content to the existing Avatax doc. However, it was getting fairly long and a bit repetitive with the setup, so I created a new doc with the details. I think the existing doc should have a clean rewrite on its own with the Avalara Direct information (which I would be happy to help with as well!), but I think since this feature is different enough, it warrents it own document. Please let me know if you think otherwise!

Hi @jero-odoo , thanks for your work here! I've added some comments/questions, but the biggest change is that we should move the Available Integrations section to a parent doc. Since we don't have the ready now, here's my suggestion:

Leave this information here for now, then I can discuss restructuring the Avalara documentation with REN. What I think would be best is something like this:

AvaTax integration (parent page where we'll eventually move Available Integrations)

• Avalara Included (config, this page)
• Avalara Direct (config)
• Avalara use (workflows)
• Avalara (AvaTax) portal (if still needed)
