Regenerate pnpm-lock.yaml for this Next.js bump

This changes only apps/3000-home/package.json, but the workspace lockfile still records apps/3000-home on next 14.2.35 (pnpm-lock.yaml:451-464). Our Next workflows and local CI all start with pnpm install --frozen-lockfile (for example .github/workflows/e2e-next-dev.yml:31-32 and tools/scripts/ci-local.mjs:281-282), so the affected jobs will fail during install before any build or E2E step runs. Please regenerate and commit the lockfile with this dependency update.
