Document IdP-managed roles for SSO

• Added "IdP-managed roles" section to the roles page explaining that roles assigned by an identity provider cannot be changed from the dashboard
• Added "Role assignments" section to the SSO page describing how IdP role assignments are enforced in Mintlify
• Updated all localized versions (es, fr, zh) with equivalent content

Overview
Adds documentation clarifying that when SSO/IdP role assignment is enabled, member roles are IdP-managed and cannot be changed in the Mintlify dashboard, directing admins to update roles in the identity provider.

Updates both the Roles and SSO docs (including es, fr, zh localizations) with the new IdP-managed roles/role assignment sections and cross-links between them.
