Retire A Beginners Guide - Getting Started with SELinux on CentOS 8

Retire — HIGH PRIORITY
Reason: CentOS 8 is EOL (Dec 31, 2021). This guide is foundational and cannot remain published under modernization rules.
Why High Priority:

• Serves as the core SELinux reference for many CentOS 8 guides (NGINX, Apache, Nagios, Caddy, Node.js + NGINX, ownCloud, etc.)
• SELinux is system critical for RHEL based security
• Blocks modernization: Rocky/AlmaLinux 9 guides need a current SELinux reference
• Companion CentOS 7 SELinux guide is also outdated and requires similar treatment
  Future Replacement:
• Create a new SELinux guide for Rocky Linux 9 / AlmaLinux 9
• Re verify commands, file paths, and policy modules for the RHEL9 family
• This will become the canonical SELinux reference for all Rocky/Alma documentation
