- OpenCL (required to run Cas-OFFinder)
python3 be-designer.py {query sequence} {directory of reference genome}
the default value is setting for BE3 (C to t, 13 to 17)
if use ABE, command is
python3 be-designer.py {query sequence} {directory of reference genome} --window_st 14 --window_ed 16 -r A -m G
