- add weekday-stratified arrival-rate support in YTA fit/predict flow via prediction_date
- make num_days optional in YTA fit with index-span inference for pooled rates
- forward snapshot date as prediction_date in get_prob_dist_using_survival_curve
- add explicit strict_prediction_date control (warn+fallback vs raise on missing weekday profiles)
