We should add that the internal codebase is still not fully typed, so TS errors are to be expected for now. Otherwise looks great.

I created a basic CONTRIBUTING.md document. This was mentioned as needed in #109. This was based on Svelte's contributing document and tailored for Ripple in it's current state. Let me know if changes are needed.
