Both tests set up an HTTP binary cache. Merge them into a single http-binary-cache test that covers uploads, compressed narinfo/ls/log, nix log, nix copy --from, nix-prefetch-url and fetcher substitution against one nginx-served cache. :house: Remote-Dev: homespace
