Hopefully, the changes over in Glimesh/flutter-webrtc should sort out the android audio regression from when we upgraded to fix the iOS crash. This PR updates the app to use that repo again instead of upstream.
There's also some dependency upgrades in here as I upgraded to the latest flutter which had an issue somewhere.
