npm config get registry

Hi!, is possible to change or update the get_registry() method for get current npm registry instead get only https://registry.npmjs.org by default? because if i have other npm registry (internal NPM) the plugin doesn't work, and i don't want to change the Bump settings each time that i change the npm registry.

I don't know develop in python thats the reason that i create the issue.
