Create a printable set of reminders for session chairs

Create a page (e.g., in this repo) with reminders for session organizers:

• Find a scribe
• Ask someone to keep an eye on the queue
• Make sure sound is ok for remote participants
• Mute your laptop mics
• Mute zoom device during breaks
• Keep an eye on the remote / Zoom queue
• Make sure people are aware of the recording policy

In terms of content, having to follow links isn't going to be fantastic in a printed out version. With that in mind, I'm not sure how useful "Remind people of participation policies" is, especially for session chairs who are not used to them. For example, it might be better to have a small dedicated section/block for recording: you may record the presentation, don't record the discussion.

In terms of format, ideally, we'd end up with a visual printable one-page "cheatsheet", with a few blocks, like "Key reminders", "Using IRC", "Recording", etc.
