Description
Rooms may need to change after a schedule gets adopted. Reasons include:
- Room capacities get adjusted following exchanges with the venue
- Many people may register for a breakout, signaling a likely need for a larger room
These updates typically lead to requests such as:
- Could you move meetings in room X to room Y, room Y to room Z, and swap room J and room K?
- During this slot, could you move breakouts in room X to room Y, room Y to room Z, and swap room J and room K?
While it's easy to update the room of a meeting in the Google sheet, implementing the changes is error prone and it would be great to have a way to make the updates at once.
