Research-to-product builder, software developer, and artist-researcher

I build deployable software and distributed systems that move from research and concept to real-world use. My work spans Rust backends, agentic AI systems, decentralized infrastructure, and high-fidelity web interfaces. I focus on systems thinking, technical depth, and shipping production features that operate reliably in complex environments.

Current Role

Member-worker — Hypha Worker Co-operative

Montréal, QC | 2022–Present

  • Lead developer of RooLLM, a tool-using AI system deployed in real organizational workflows.
  • Designed modular agent architecture integrating local LLM inference, structured tool execution, and API orchestration.
  • Built backend services (Node.js and Rust integrations) supporting decentralized storage and distributed workflows.
  • Implemented citation-grounded retrieval systems and human-in-the-loop approval flows.
  • Deployed and maintained self-hosted GPU inference infrastructure.
  • Integrated AI systems into production dashboards with TypeScript and Svelte.

Backend & Systems Experience

OpenArchive — Rust Backend Contributor (Contract)

  • Contributed to decentralized backend logic (save-dweb-backend).
  • Focused on reliability, data integrity, and fault tolerance for distributed archival systems.
