Highlight current date when using nepcal d

Just like cal we should highlight the current date when displaying the calendar.

This is blocked by #4. The tabwriter package doesn't allow ANSI escapes. There is a version of the tabwriter written in Rust that I think does allow ANSI escapes so might have to check that out.
