Hello, thanks for creating HERMES!

I did the config using hermes init, but apparently per default it gives the error described above. Reproduce: https://codebase.helmholtz.cloud/stefan.dvoretskii/omero-crawler/-/pipelines/534237

The line 78 said {%pip_install_plugins_gitlab%}, I have deleted it now, and it works now.

Does the error occur when using this specific plugin (harvester for github/gitlab) or generally for hermes? If the error occurs in hermes, please raise your issue in https://github.com/softwarepub/hermes :)
