I've run into a situation where I have moved all the elements into the (no value) column, while I had pinned some other statuses. In this situation the property which was present originally got removed, while the columns remained, but became unresponsive.
Not sure exactly how to resolve this situation properly. I think it should be handled in a similar manner, that it shows the screen to set the "group by" menu and remove the pinned columns. The other option is to still somehow keep the property "alive" even when none of the notes have it set, if there is a pinned column of that property.
