Embed interactive status graph

Hi,

Is there a way to embed the full graph (the one below), into a web page?
I'm trying to build a custom status pages for each of my sites , but would love them to be interactive like the full graph, so users can view the details, not just the day as an overview.

This one is great for a quick overview, but would love them to click on each day and drill down, if there is an issue.

(Would also be great to have a title on each embed graph).
