Is there an existing issue for this?

  • I have searched the tracker for existing similar issues and I know that duplicates will be closed

Describe the Issue

It took me half an hour to figure out how to push changes to Cloud, due to a very bad UX

In the Publish to Cloud dialog, modified collections appear in the list, but the action control is not visible unless I hover over the row.
This makes it look like there are no available actions and is confusing, especially when trying to publish local changes.
Expected: the primary action should be visible without hover, or the row should clearly indicate that an action is available.
Actual: no visible action until hover, which makes the UI appear broken.

Steps To Reproduce

Click "Push to Postman Cloud" button. Your collections/environments are shown, but there is no visual indicator on how to proceed
