CRISPRESSO2 Web Server Issues

I am trying to use the CRISPRESSO2 web application (as I have many times in the past), and when I hit submit the page doesn't change at all. After a few minutes it changes to running the analysis but stays there for over 20 minutes. This has been my issues for the last 3 days. It was not a problem last week.

Thanks for letting us know and sorry about the problems you are running into. Is the website still not working for you? If the run ever goes to a report, are you able to send us the URL (looks like this: https://crispresso.com/view_report/c24pce5z) so that we can investigate?

We want to get to the bottom of what is happening.

https://crispresso2.pinellolab.org/submission This one gives a message that says Metadata key already exists! This isnt the only error message I have gotten, but this is the most recent and I have seen it several times.
