performance profiling

We should put some data in the response for each tile (in the header?), with things like:
- time spent waiting for data
- number of features received
- time spent rendering
- etc.

...though we should probably have a real-time analytics dashboard (socket-io) that I really want to build, but y'all know how that commitment is coming.
