RUSTER REVM - Executive Technical Summary

Overview

High-performance Rust engine implementing Pre-Execution Risk Scoring (PERS) for Ethereum tokens. Detects honeypots, high-tax tokens, and MEV risks using REVM simulation before on-chain execution.
