Description of feature
It would be good to add some euk tools
- Taxonomy: CAT pack can stay for euks - no changes (double check!)
- Stats: We currently support only proks and calculate stats with Checkm2. BUSCO would be good to have for euks
- RNA: https://github.com/moshi4/pybarrnap should be a good alternative to investigate. Also cmsearch can be used
