Shared text files (tested with public read-only share links) : links previews not working properly

Describe the bug
Video links preview not working properly (missing thumb)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a Nextcloud Texte file
2. Copy and paste this PeerTube link in your file https://videos.domainepublic.net/w/rEdwXpBwRTjfNxMmfjqtyQ
3. Set the link with "Show link preview" option
4. Save the document
5. Share it (read-only public share)
6. Open the share link (before, make sure to be disconnected)
7. See that only the URL appears in the block (but not the title, description and video preview thumb)

Expected behavior
The video preview block should appear the same way as in the edition mode (when connected)
