“Rich text” columns: huge padding on the left and right, and especially at the bottom

Steps to reproduce

“Rich text” columns have huge padding on the left and right, and especially at the bottom.

This results in a messy layout, leading to:

• poor horizontal alignment of the content relative to other adjacent field types
• a noticeable loss of vertical space due to the enormous bottom padding; fewer lines are displayed than expected, forcing users to scroll more than necessary
• a loss of horizontal space due to excessive left and right padding

Fixing this would result in a cleaner, more space-efficient display.
