OpenSM 3.3.24 reads wrong config files

• using the el9 rpm opensm-3.3.24-2.el9.x86_64

• when starting, opensm automacally load configuration from wrong files (old backup files generated by ansible)

• command used: systemctl start opensm
  Log file shows:

• Workaround: remove all backup files

It is RHEL packaging bug. This repo doesn't have opensm-launch wrapper.
