Callback when scrolling over X, Y1, Y2 and Y3 axis on plot

How can I call callback while scrolling over X, Y1, Y2 and Y3 axis.
I have huge data and I want to show few points and as I zoom in I want to select slice of data so that UI is fast.
Any help or pointers will be appreciated.

Example can there be a scroll_callback kwarg like drop_callback for dpg.plot_axis
