Validate Yaml against spec

We're already [checking for parser errors](https://github.com/findoutwho/hasbeen.in/blob/master/tasks/validate_travellers.rake) but as seen in #170 we should just validate the travellers Yaml files against a proper [Yaml-spec](http://yaml.org/spec/1.2/spec.html).
