/format takes precious room in a PR timeline so I was thinking of appending the following Markdown in the body of a PR:

The CI test has been failed because "A sibling element that can be accessible doesn't have UIA name".

I'm not sure we can do this but it would be possible to have links to run functions manually.

My idea is this:

The bot would automatically hide it and the user's messages.
