Add images to External Resources

Step 1: get images for all the data tools on the External Resources page (@mraisle has started this)

Step 2: insert those images (using the nickname as the image name) into the InfoCards for the resources on the External Resources page

Step 2 currently blocked by #310 because it would make the page too slow
