Contributes to #36277

• Update references to old branding.
• At the bottom of this articles page in the "Samples" section, after the current sample listed, add a link to Entra's full samples page with covers all scenarios:

Microsoft identity platform code samples: Microsoft Entra documentation's full code samples page, which covers covers common scenarios, including web apps and web APIs.
