Object permissions implementation

Every object should be able to tell which permissions have been assigned to it for which roles.
```python
cluster.tables['asd'].object_permissions()
```
a separate method to add/revoke permissions

Should be designed to be re-used by all objects (either inheritance or a generic internal function)
