2，When running manually or scheduling a run, you need to select an alert type first. A timeout alert option needs to be added here.

3，Add timeout alert type to WarningType enum

When running manually or scheduling a workflow, you need to select an alert type first to configure an alert. However, currently, we can only choose between sending alerts on success or on failure. In cases like task or workflow timeouts, it's unclear whether these should be classified as success or failure. Do we need to add a separate alert type specifically for timeouts?
