imgtol.com w a: helloos.img 这个步骤好像是可有可无的(删掉就行)，连书里也没有特别说明；

反倒是光盘里的 qemu 运行出错，所以我到官网下载安装了当时最新版本的 QEMU 3.1.0

运行良好(Win10 64 位系统)，命令行：

"D:\Program Files\qemu\qemu-system-i386.exe" -drive format=raw,if=floppy,file=helloos.img
