CONFIG_PCIE_CADENCE_PLAT_HOST config option is broken with these patches.

I'm not sure this effects the main purpose of this repo. This is more of a mainline readiness issue.

it's not a required flag to build, you probably pulled the armbian config?

I am aware that it's not required to enable the sky1 features. I'm mentioning this because this patch-set will never get merged into mainline in this state, which should be the ultimate end-goal. The Cadence structures were in-completely modified to enable the compatible sky1 arch.
