apexchart card sometimes doesn't show up

Hello all,

hope someone here is smarter than all the GPT's out there. I have an apexchart which should combine local measured and forecasted rain amount. The measured data comes from an local ecowitt weather station which pushes to mqtt and homeassistant recognizing via mqtt discovery. The data is all there, no problems with this. The forecast data comes from german weather service DWD and also there the data is available.

The special thing is, that i am using bubble-card to show all of my views in pop-ups. Inside such an section, there has to be the bubble-card definition first and afterwards all the other cards. There it is not working. But when it's placed directly at the dashboard, i am able to see it. Also in dashboard edit mode (editing this section with the bubble-card), the card shows up as desired.

I don't know whether this is a timing issue or what's the reason that it doesn't show up often.
