Audio stuttering on self-compiled build of LMMS #8366

Description

System Information

GNU/Linux, Manjaro distribution

LMMS Version(s)

1.3.0-alpha.1.972+668e80d

Most Recent Working Version

1.3.0-alpha.1.972+668e80d

Bug Summary

The audio stutters whenever I add a some effects in the song while I play it in self-compiled build of LMMS. Meanwhile, it does not happen on official build (Appimage).

Expected Behaviour

Self-compiled build should have same audio quality as official build.

Steps To Reproduce

I don't really know how to reproduce it, try to compile LMMS on your own machine maybe?

Screenshots / Minimum Reproducible Project

Here is the stuttering I'm talking about, self-compiled build:

Does not happen on official build:

Buffer size is set to 4096 frames, audio interface SDL.

I was building LMMS without having the latest updates of the system, I tried to update it, remove the files from build directory and recompile again but had same results. I didn't actually try to build pure master version with an updated system, I built the master version with some small edits of mine, I will probably try to rebuild pure master to make sure that the issue is not in the code, but most likely it won't be.
