CXWNetwork uses UDP/TCP protocols for operational monitoring, but does not collect or transmit any personal data.
All telemetry, including logs, graphs, and SpeedTest results, is local and fully controlled by the user. The software does not send any data to Microsoft or other external services.
The .NET runtime may generate anonymous, technical telemetry for Microsoft, such as:
- Crashes and unhandled exceptions
- Runtime performance and diagnostics
- General HTTP, WPF, or NuGet usage statistics
This telemetry is independent of CXWNetwork and does not include any personal user data.

These references confirm that CXWNetwork’s monitoring respects privacy, as all user data remains local and under user control, and any telemetry generated by the runtime is anonymous and optional.
