FIPSPad Binary License (Individual / Pro)

This license governs use of the FIPSPad binary software (“Software”).

1. Grant of License
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use
the Software on devices you control for your own personal or professional use.

2. Permitted Use
- Create, open, and store encrypted note files.
- Use the Software on multiple devices you personally own or control.

3. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Redistribute the Software or make it available to third parties.
- Sell, sublicense, or bundle the Software with other products.
- Reverse engineer the Software except to the extent permitted by law.

4. Updates
Access to updates is provided according to the terms of your purchase
(individual or professional tier).

5. No Warranty
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

6. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES
ARISING FROM USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

7. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you violate its terms.
