I've made some design changes to the EU TFT file. How exactly do I upload it? The file is located in the folder config/www/tft.

If you want to share it with everyone, just create a PR and put it under hmi folder.
But if your question is how to upload it to your panel, then you will have to host the file locally (in an http/https server) and then point it in your nextion_update_url substitution.
