Automation fails - Unkown action

I'm trying to use and setup this on a NSPanel, but I'm having issues.

The automation throws an error about an unknown action, mostly: esphome.nspanel_command, but also esphome.nspanel_icon.
And if I haven't selected a weather entity I also get Main choices: Weather - State changed: Error executing script. Service not found for if at pos 1: Action esphome.nspanel_component_text not found, but I don't want any weather info (and it's marked as optional).

AFAIK I've filled in everything that's not optional.

The version of the Blueprint is 4.3.13 (according to "Automation Config" in Trace), same for ESPHome and TFT (according to the
ESPHome integration, but it shows the Blueprinit version as unknown).

I've recompiled and reinstalled the ESPHome firmware, updated the TFT display, removed the device from HA (plus the automation and blueprint), restarted (and made sure it's updated [2025.5.3]) and reimported the blueprint etc. No difference.

Could you please share some log from your ESPHome after a boot on your device?

Sorry, I just realized you already shared this.

I see a mismatch between the name of your panel in the device and in the service call.

Please try this to recconect the Panel's device to Home Assistant:

1. Go to Settings --> Devices & services --> ESPHome
2. Delete the device
3. Restart Home Assistant host
4. Go back to Settings --> Devices & services
5. Click Add integration
6. Select ESPHome
7. Enter your panel's hostname or IP address.

So, after some more tries, I still have the same issues.

I've followed the steps, including rebooting the whole server.
I also added the hostname to /etc/hosts (ESPHome in HA accepts both the IP and hostname).

Anything else that I should try?

Could you please share your panel's yaml? Please remove any sensitive information before sharing.

Also, please go to your panel's page under Settings > Devices and Services > ESPHome and find the sensor "Device name". Please let me know what is shown there.
