It looks like the TripModeChoice UEC uses DIST with costPerMinute rather than TIME:
This looks like this was introduced in this commit: 4e61501#diff-71b98cb1ad3994a766d504890b9e94f7aacdb68ce6930fd3cc4ea9884ec1003f
It looks like the tour ModeChoice UEC is correct.
